I am an elite athlete who has half a cup of this with berries, banana and rice milk every morning. Not only does it give me the nutrients my body needs to perform at my best, but I also feel so clean on the inside. I have been taking Kapai Puku for a few years now and would not eat anything else for breakfast. I highly recommend this product for people who need to detox and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I bought this for myself as a healthful raw food and potential meal replacement, and found I was having to share it with my 3 year old and extremely fussy 18 month old. I couldn't be happier! I mix their "seeds" with full fat greek yoghurt and they really do love it!

Have been eating Kapai Puku Original Blend for a couple of years and love it. It is a great addative to breakfast cereal, yoghert for lunch. Love them would not be without them.
